Our classes operate on a strict schedule to ensure all participants receive the full benefit of our program. As such, we enforce the following policies regarding attendance, cancellations, and rescheduling:

• Mandatory Second Day Attendance: Participants are required to attend the second day of their scheduled class on time. Failure to attend, for any reason, will result in the policies below being applied.
• 24-Hour Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the start time of your class on the first day. This allows us to manage our scheduling and offer your slot to another participant.
• Late Arrivals, Cancellations, or Rescheduling Without Proper Notice: Any participant who fails to arrive on time, cancels, or reschedules their class without the required 24-hour notice, or arrives without the necessary riding gear, will be subject to a fee of $150.00. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all participants.
• Rescheduling Window: If you need to reschedule your class, the new date must be within 30 days of the original class date. This helps us maintain our class schedules and availability for all participants.
